Portsmouth Island is an uninhabited barrier island off the coast of North Carolina and is part of the Cape Lookout National Seashore. This past Saturday our Outer Banks Region of the CNPA went on an outing to Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Park in Scotland Neck, North Carolina.
