I am Lori A. Cash, a wildlife and nature photographer and writer, from Grandy, North Carolina located near the Outer Banks. I have been photographing wildlife and nature seriously since 1993. A couple of years ago I changed careers from social work to professional photographer and writer. Photography and writing have always been a passion for me, and I am glad that I finally have the opportunity to devote my time and energy to these fields. I have a special interest in bird photography but enjoy taking pictures of all wildlife and nature subjects and sharing these images with others. I hope through my photography others will gain a greater sense of appreciation for the natural world. I specialize in fine art, stock and editorial photography. My images have been published in a variety of media including magazines, newspapers, the internet and newsletters.
