This past Saturday our Outer Banks Region of the CNPA went on an outing to Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Park in Scotland Neck, North Carolina. We all had a great time and were blessed with perfect weather conditions for photographing the waterfowl. The overcast skies allowed us to photograph the birds until noon.
